Other Issues with Submitting a Loan for Disclosures or Locking

Please provide the following:

  • Disclosure Fee option (Pennymac default fees or Broker Provided fees)
  • Screenshot of the error you are facing
  • Any missing information to be filled in from the URLA
  • Expected final pricing

Pricing will only be preserved if all of this information is provided.

Extension requests will be honored as long as they are received by 11:59 PM PST, with a confirmation response sent in the morning.

All other requests will be addressed during business hours.
