If you are facing any issues requesting disclosures and/or locking, please follow the instructions below:
URLA Full Disclosure Errors
Proceed with LE Only Disclosure & Lock which will allow you to proceed and preserve pricing.

Other Issues with Submitting a Loan for Disclosures or Locking
Please provide the following:
- Disclosure Fee option (Pennymac default fees or Broker Provided fees)
- Screenshot of the error you are facing
- Any missing information to be filled in from the URLA
- Expected final pricing

Pricing will only be preserved if all of this information is provided.
Extension requests will be honored as long as they are received by 11:59 PM PST, with a confirmation response sent in the morning.
All other requests will be addressed during business hours.
