Terms Of Use
By using the Pennymac TPO Top Performer, or Certified Processor Badge (“Badge”), the partner (“Partner”) using the Badge agrees to these Pennymac TPO Terms of Use as may be modified by Pennymac TPO from time to time as set forth below.
- Use of Badge by Partner. Partner may display the Badge to highlight their partnership[HH1] with Pennymac TPO in Partner employee email signature blocks and/or Partner’s Facebook, LinkedIn, or other appropriate professional social media pages.
- Prohibited Activities. Partner may not:
- Share the Badge with any unauthorized third party who did not earn the recognition.
- Allow individuals within Partner’s organization to use the Badge in a manner inconsistent with paragraph 1.
- Modify any Badge in any way, including, but not limited to, modifications in size, shape, or color.
- Additional Terms: Pennymac TPO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time in Pennymac TPO’s sole discretion and without notice.
- Pennymac TPO is not responsible for rates or terms advertised in any marketing communications where the Badge is featured.
- Unauthorized use of the Badge is strictly prohibited.
- Partner’s display of the Badge does not constitute Pennymac TPO’s approval or other endorsement of any associated contents.
- Violation of these Terms of Use may result in revocation of right to use the Badge.
