Loan Officer Program
- Performance: Maintain strong pull-through metrics
- Client Recapture: Demonstrate strong client recapture rates back to Pennymac TPO
- Consistent Production: Submit an average of at least one loan per month (12+ loans over a rolling 12-month period)
- Good Standing: Remain licensed and active with a TPO Partner in good standing with Pennymac TPO
- Extended servicer non-solicitation benefit that goes beyond 18 months
*Non-solicit benefit is contingent on the TPO Partner Company and LO being active and in good standing with Pennymac and is in effect as long as Pennymac owns the servicing rights.
- Performance: Maintain strong pull-through metrics
- Client Recapture: Demonstrate strong client recapture rates back to Pennymac TPO
